Founded in 1995, BMS is a trusted building maintenance company in Seattle, presently servicing the needs of condominium communities and property management firms throughout Puget Sound areas.  We are licensed, bonded and insured. 

BMS is currently managed by founder Asari Mohamath who holds a BA Degree in Economics from University of Washington.  To supplement his income while in school, he worked part-time cleaning offices, condominiums, apartments and homes.  Recognizing a tremendous growth within the condominium industry, and eager to use his strong background in sales and management, Asari turned this casual job into a thriving and well-trusted cleaning service in the condominium communities. 

In addition to all this, Asari speaks three languages fluently – Vietnamese, Cham and English.  He is currently pursuing an MBA program concentrating in Hospitality.  His mission and philosophy is simple – continue to earn customers’ trusts by striving on providing quality service with trusted and reliable staff who understands customer’s needs.
